  1. I have all of my WIPs in separate boxes…ready to quilt, ready to piece the blocks together, need to finish making blocks, etc. It sounds like you have quite a few to look at. It seems like the time of year when we’re all taking inventory.

I’m glad you fixed Nagini. I hate that feeling when a block just isn’t right, and it will never be right until I fix it. I’m so excited that it’s going to be quilted!!! I can’t wait.

You had a very productive week, just an organizational one.

    Have a great week!

    1. I have quilts that are sandwiched and need quilting or just need binding on one shelf in my closet. Completed quilt tops are hanging on the closet door. Completed blocks ready to go into a quilt or are for a quilt in progress are in stackable storage boxes. Orphan blocks are all over the place. I have the process in place; I just don’t always put things where they belong and have to go searching for stuff.

      1. HI, I wanted to ask you about the microwave cozy. I thought would be a good way to contact you. The directions I found said the cozy is only for warming up. Do you think it would work if I cooked something for 10 min? I don’t want to make them if I’m just going to burn myself. Thanks

  2. It sounds like you had a busy week. I both love and hate the time of year when I take stock of all of my UFOs, but I’ve never thought of using excel to track them. I might have to play with that idea 🙂

  3. I’m sitting here looking at your embroidery thread collection behind you… I think my friend who gave me thread for Christmas might have given me the same brand. I haven’t tried it yet, but I guess it’ll be okay since you and I have the same machine!

Yay for another PoD! Your top looks fabulous and I LOVE that you and Jennifer get to see each other again. ♥

Can’t wait to see your 2 1/2″ strips. My eyes are open! 😉

  4. Sometimes you can let something go, and sometimes you just have to rip it out and do it over. It was clearly going to bother you so it’s good that you fixed it. And yay for Jennifer R. getting to quilt it, she does such nice work.

Good luck with all the things! I am still getting caught up watching everyone’s videos from last week.

  5. Sounds like you had a great organization week 😀 And sounds like you’ll have lots to keep you busy this year! I’m half afraid to pull out all my partial projects… I shudder to think how many there are!

Anyway, the new PoD sounds awesome! I’m glad you were able to fix the bit that annoyed you.
