  1. I LOVE love LOVE the look on your face and the excitement in your eyes when you are talking about your quilt from your great grandmother and recreating that quilt. I haven’t seen that for a while and it makes me so very happy to see you planning this quilt and the joy that is bringing you.

I am super impressed with all the photo scanning you got done and it was so fun to see some of the ones from when we lived together, especially showing the bbq neither of us even remembered hosting! lol ((glomps))

    1. I am, as you know, very excited to have found that photo! It’s been a long time since I’ve felt excited about making a quilt for myself.

I knew the photo scanning was going to be a big job which is why I avoided it for so long. That said, it’s just what I needed this month to remind me of what’s important. *hugs*

  2. Recreating the quilt your Grandmother made will be fun. I’m glad you are excited about that project.

We should do a big photo scan. We have a ton of photos we have taken over the years. I’m glad you got that project done, well at least close to done.

I look forward to seeing pictures of some of your past quilting projects.

    1. Finding that photo was an unexpected bonus and I can’t wait to be able to work on the project!

I’m still stunned by how many photos we have. Scanning and organizing all those photos was a lot of work but worth every minute!

  3. The quilt is gonna be so special.
That scanner would have been a huge help years ago when I worked on some of Steven’s family photos. I know it was worth every penny.
You’ll be so happy that you took the time to get that done.
