In which I show you my new pressing board and cover and invite you to join me for Paper Piecing Club at Hip Stitch. I’ll be testing a new pattern today, and PPC will be meeting every other month for now, at least until it seems we need to meet every month. Stay Crafty, y’all!
Woo, I think your pressing board looks fantastic! Using it will give you time to figure out what you might rather have later. That’s kind of my m.o. with everything DIY. I LOVE THE DOTS. That fabric is so good.
I wish I could make it to Paper Piecing Club. Also, YOU NEED A CLUB SHIRT. It’s definitely not so I can have one. Ehem.
I’d tell you what I’m working on, but since you are the recipient of my never-ending train of thought, you already know what’s percolating in my brain.

I need a shelf for my iron base maybe on the wall to the left in the video of the pressing board. I should be able to do that from stuff I have on hand. But first … sewing!
Hmmm Paper Piecing Club shirt. Let’s have more than one meeting before I make a shirt, lol. but hopefully it will catch on soon!

Yeah for paper piecing club. I’m sure you’ll get a lot done. If not then you will probably be helping others to get their projects done Have fun sewing.

I managed to finish my block. I need to tweak the pattern a bit and then test it again.

I love your ironing board. I have something very similar to that for my paperpiecing. Have a great time with the class.

I just don’t have room for the full size ironing board top in here, this fits better in my space and is working well so far.
