I am so happy you got that scanner. It has been fun to see a few pics along the process from back in the day, and I know it’s something you’ve been wanting to do for so long. It was really perfect to get it now and be able to achieve so much of this while you can’t do the crafty things you enjoy. Tell Eli “he done good”. It was the perfect gift for this christmas. 😉

You’re right, the scanner was the perfect gift. Now that I’m getting close to the end, it’s getting a little tedious, but I am SO happy to know it’ll be finished and I’ll be able to share with the kids. E is good at doing good. 🙂
This week has been a little tough since Linus is on Saturday. I hadn’t planned to go because of my foot, but being absent is very different from no longer being part of the group.

I figure you were swamped with messages and virtual hugs. You have impacted many (like countless)lives positively over the years. So those of us that love and appreciate you are shocked by the situation. Frankly just want to give you a big hug and remind you that so many many people want to be around you all the time!
Moving on…
I love the photo scanner. I have a closet full of photos I need to do. I will need to talk your ear off with questions about the process at some point.
I think 2023 needs to be a year for you. And some of the you maybe helping others but some time for yourself and projects is long over due.

It’s been a heck of a start to a year, but if I have a superpower, it’s picking myself up and dusting myself off. I’m definitely starting to see the positive in my current situation, I just need two functional feet to be able to do something about it!
The scanner has been amazing so far. By far the hardest part is pulling them out of the albums and getting them in order by month. The rest has been cake!
