In which I talk about the process of rearranging and organizing and a new shop sample soon to be in the works for Hip Stitch. Be glad I went with this version, in the first 5 takes I went on for like 10 minutes at a time, lol. Having as much trouble organizing my thoughts this week as I am organizing my project room.
I can’t wait to see what you unearth as you’re sorting and organizing. I know I always find things I totally forgot I had! The primary difference is that, shockingly, I love to organize. Heh.
The quilt project for HS looks so fun. The batiks are just the yummiest!

I’m really trying to come up witha plan and then work the plan, but I am having a really hard time. I can’t follow someone else’s “organize your craft room” challenge or whatever. It just makes me upset when I try

Yeah, I’m not into that. I know what works for me so that’s what I do.

I want to start working on it, so that is helping a bit. I did work an hour in there yesterday before heading to work, then the Local Honey by Heather Bailey fabrics came in a few days earlier than expected and I had to deal with getting those situated on the website and ready to go, so when I got home I was too tired to do anything but eat dinner, watch one show, and get ready for bed, lol.

I get really hyperfocused on organizing one thing and then I lose interest before getting to the next area of the room. So I’m going to focus on usability of the sewing, cutting, and pressing tables for now and forget the rest I think until I get this quilt top made.
