The Friends quilt looks fantastic! ANd I’ve seen the resulting borders, I think it’s so bright and fun. I do not envy you having to piece a minky back, however. I tried that once with horrible results, lol.

I don’t mind minky. I do quite a lot of cuddle backs for customers. It’s just making sure to not pull on it. The piecing it will be a pain in the rear but that’s my fault. I just couldn’t stop with the borders 🤣

I am definitely hopeful that I can most more in 2023. 2022 was a 💩 storm of things. 🤞🏻
I am using the same pattern I used finishing Laura’s quilt. It’s bubbly coffee cups. Her and I picked it out last year during QAL planning.
The dates are 3/3 & 3/4. It would be lovely to see you. If you decide to come we can make a sew date of out it too, but if you want.
Definitely focus on your stuff for a bit! It always brings me back to why I love being crafty.
