Wow! You have been busy this week. I hope you find the fabric you are looking for. The wedding quilt is going to be gorgeous. The black and white one is looking really good.
Unless I’m learning a skill on a project that is not my style, I try not to just design and design. They at least need to be tested. I’ll be looking for people to test some of my designs soon.
I think the biggest struggle for finding my fabric is identifying it. I haven’t heard back from Pineapple Fabrics to see if they remember what it was. They didn’t come with selveges.
I’m really happy with my wedding quilt design, and I’m having a lot of fun with the mugrug. Having a lot of fun. Now, if I can just make it the 3 blocks to my longarm I need to get a lot of quilting done. But enjoying piecing/designing right now. I know that mood will swing back, but I really need a few of these finished.
I feel like I keep saying this, but I really love this black and white quilt.. it’s just really cool. I guess one of these days I’m going to have to do a b&w quilt too haha.
The new PoD blocks look great. The tesseract is really neat.
The wedding quilt looks really great. It’s a very nice pattern. And I love the bees.
I love the fabrics in your test block that you are turning into the wall hanging, really serene. You really are making some great blocks for your YoD quilt. It’s going to be fantastic!

Oh I often feel like the designers don’t sew what they design.
The amazing thing about the internet Is you can often find older fabrics.
Wow that is a really beautiful design for the wedding quilt.

Try posting a photo on the quilting Facebook group. There is a couple hundred thousand people in the group. Someone ought to be able to ID it

Thanks. I did and have had no response. I am just going to use 2 different (matching) fabrics and move on. I appreciate your help.

I really like the B/W one also. I’ll have the pattern ready for sale pretty soon, and my TTMT friends get a coupon for free patterns.
The tesseract was fun. Aren’t those bees just the bee’s knees? Who would of thought of bees on a wedding quilt…but there they are and I like them.

The test block is ending up very pretty. I just used a 20-pack of fat quarters. I’m very pleased with it.
