Jeanie, your Elvis quilt is so very fun! I love how you used bits and pieces you’d already made to make it all work. I did wonder if that was the candy cane border! It works great & the pops of color are just fantastic. I love the pieced back. That’s going to be amazing!
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a magnetic design wall. That’s really brilliant. Love seeing the kiddos play. So cute!
Oooh I love the border! So fun with the splashes of color. It’s really a cool top.
The retro fabric wouldn’t have worked on the front. It’s perfect how it is. Oh I love how your doing the back! So cool!
Magnet wall!!!! What great idea. I loved the idea. Lol I love that they figured out the magnet rolls. That is so fun. Grandmas always have the coolest stuff.
Your Elvis quilt turned out so great, I love it! And the border works great.
I totally understand your getting tired of not being able to move around in your space. That is what was driving me nuts. I’m still working on replacing my cutting and pressing station, but they are in progress.
Oh magnetic, what an interesting idea! Did you buy magnetic whiteboard?
We purchased full sheets of galvanized steel and then treated them. At first we didn’t think we’d be able to get the steel, but thankfully I have a family member in the business. It was a bit pricy, but I love it so much. Thank you.
I’m so happy that your stars found a place with Elvis. He looks FABULOUS! Great TCB block. I like the sides swapped. I like my characters to stay in the quilt, and not be looking off the sides. I LOVE the back! Perfect use of that fabric. Every time you finish a quilt I think you have outdone yourself! They just get greater and greater.
What a wonderful wall!!! And so fun for the kids.
I don’t store anything under my frame. It looks pretty empty, but it’s just not convenient.

That magnetic design wall is so cool. I think I’d probably struggle not to play around with it constantly too 😀
