I am so glad you are already able to knit! When I had my shoulder decompression I couldn’t knit or crochet for quite a while. But I was out of the sling in a day or two, which was nice because I hated that thing, lol.
I’m so glad you get to see the family. That sounds like a nice day trip and a lot of fun for you all!
I am just gobsmacked that they can’t give those patients their shots right there at the facility. That’s ridiculous.
It’s so good to see you and to see that you’re doing so very well! I am delighted that you get to see your babies this weekend. They do grow up so fast!
Fingers crossed that things go well with your mom’s covid vaccine. A friend of mine here who is bedridden had a home health person come and give her the shot. If she could have gotten out of bed she would have wheeled herself there to get it!
Great colors for the baby blanket! My goodness you’ve been making/finishing a lot.
I know you and the kids will be equally thrilled to be together again.
I had a mom. I know how they are. You just have to be the parent sometimes. And just like when the roles were reversed, she may not be happy with you but she will know your insistence comes from love.
Glad surgery went well, here’s to a speedy and full recovery. Sounds like it has not slowed you down at all. The yarn projects are wonderful.

Very happy to hear the surgery went well.
It’s wonderful that you can be knitting while you recover.
The plants are completely gutted at a lot of the nurseries.
He is 38. I know because my 1993 baby was 28 in March. Lol
Have a wonderful time with them.
Oh jeez, I truly wish they would bring the shots to them. It would so much easier.
Happy Crafting
