  1. Lady you were cracking me up. You must really like those patterns, you can’t stop yourself! Whatever you decide I’m sure it will be fantastic, because, you see, I know your work. 🙂 I still can’t make up my mind what to do, but I have a couple of ideas.

  2. Story of my life: I feel better when I have a plan. But it never lasts. It’ll be okay. It always is.

Yes, you do love lonestars. It would be amazing to have one of yours. But not if it’s a struggle. The lonestartbursts are ADORABLE! They look easier, too. Love them. Maybe you could put all the different sizes together and it’ll be an amazing quilt! Whenever I see a lonestar, I want to quilt it, because there are so many quilt designs for it that I have fallen in love with. But not enough to want to make one. Maybe one day I’ll get brave enough.

So I understand that you think you can’t focus. There’s a lot of that going on in my house. But then you focus so much that you end up with way too many of everything. It’s a pandemic thing. The swap this year is going to be sooooo interesting to watch.

105 sections. Wow! It sounds like you design PP like I do. Once I get a certain line that makes that first section, it gets easy and fast. I do the same thin in designing quilting designs…I have all these components, and then once they start coming together it just works and gets easy (but sometimes time consuming and too complicated). So I know what you’re talking about. It’s fun to hear you explain it, though.

Keep doing what you’re doing. You’re creating beautiful things in a world that needs some beautify. And your swap recipient is going to be amazed with your work.

  3. Lol You are cracking me up. I love the fun your having with the blocks. Even if you use them for something totally different they were fun to make and will make a great project. The lone star itty bitty blocks are adorable. I’m sure coffee or tea drinkers are plentiful in the group. Whatever you pick it looks like you’ve been having fun.

The design your working that I saw the other day looks flipping amazing. You’ll get there.

    Happy Crafting

  4. If you made all of those invitationals, you’d have a whole house full of Kindgdom Hearts! Not that it’s a much of a problem, but sometimes you just have to walk away.

Jennifer does brilliant work and I’m sure she’ll make your quilt even more special.

Those stars are so freaking cute! I love them so much! That 25% one! I once made a miniature paper pieced block for a competition and it was quite the challenge. Oh my goodness, it sounds like you have been on an amazing roll!

Oh my, 50″ x 50″ sounds amazing! Have fun with that design process.

  5. 100 SECTIONS IN A PAPER PIECED BLOCK!!! I’d have to really love the block to do all that. Also I have a prediction–You will be making more than one of them. You seem to be able to stop yourself!! lol. Star blocks are my clue–
    Have fun with it!

  6. The stars are super cute! That 25% looks amazing and just adorable. Tiny things are always so cute 😀 I can’t wait to see what you end up doing with all those blocks.

100+ sections in a paper-pieced block sounds crazy cakes, but I bet it looks amazing! Sometimes it’s worth it to go to the work.
