  1. Oh my! Please don’t start listing everything you haven’t done. That would be really depressing for me!

Sorry you are having a tough time. If you’re like me, it will get better in awhile. I keep moving in and out of different feelings.
Take care-I’ll keep you in my thoughts.

  2. I feel your pain acutely. You sound very much like I felt when our long term house guest came to stay with us. Do what you can and focus on the positive. We’ll get through all of this craziness. ๐Ÿ’œ

    1. That’s what I love about this group! We’re real with each other and when you feel alone, you can put it out there and realize you’re not alone- Thanks for all your support!

  3. You have provided yourself with a good workaround. I’m glad you have made a way to still be crafty in between caring for your mom. I hope she is progressing well and not in too much pain. How’s your finger?! ๐Ÿ™‚

    1. It’s been a virtual rollercoaster. Tuesday was good, but then she didn’t sleep through the night, Yesterday OT came and she was in tears throughout the afternoon and evening, but slept through the night. My finger has healed, little less fingerprint so now maybe I can start my life of crime!

    1. That’s a great idea! I forgot I have a little bag of hexie squares that I take camping that I should dig out!

  4. Sorry itโ€™s been a rough few weeks. I am glad you brought your machine up to have some sew therapy. It will get better but it completely sucks while itโ€™s going on.

That is a lot of mask in one day. They are not as fast as they look.
I hope they love Raleigh. I personally think NC is a fantastic place to live. My middle kiddo loves living in the Triangle area.

Hang in there! You know where to find me if you need to commiserate.

  5. That’s a lot of masks! Assembly line type thing really does make it faster, but ugh… won’t it be nice to do literally anything else? You’ll get back to the rest of it eventually!

    1. Yes, I would love to literally get to anything else! ๐Ÿ™‚ This was just the easiest for me to put my fingers on to get that high you get from sewing.
