  1. How fun are those socks?! You always have so many neat things going on!

Your monsters continue to be so very cute. That mamma is something else.

Happy birthday to your son and enjoy your family this weekend!

You and Rich are in my thoughts. I sure hope the doctors can figure out what’s going on soon.

  2. I like how the Astros socks are the same yarn but different colors. The temperature afgan is really coming along.

I want a bed covered with the knitted monsters! The mama is precious.

For me to really clean/organize a room, I have to completely trash it first to sort everything. It’s the only way that works for me, and it feels overwhelming until you make a little progress. It’ll be fine.

Enjoy your trip and I hope Rich finds relief soon.

    1. I think I’ve gotten over the “total confusion” hurdle and can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Hopefully I’ll get a lot closer tomorrow and be able to get back to sewing.

  3. The socks are coming along nicely.

The monsters are adorable. I love each one.

As I have been slowly purging and trying to organize on and off since December. I find it makes a ridiculous mess before it gets better. I have been doing parts of the house or even just a closet at a time because I find it very overwhelming and anxiety provoking at times. I hope you get it sorted quickly.

I truly hope they figure it out for Rich very soon. Hope you have a wonderful weekend

  4. Thoughts and healthful wishes for Rich!

I’ve considered doing a temperature quilt for a long time so I really look forward to watching your Afghan grow and see what it looks like in the end.

Those socks are going to be so cool, even if they’re or the Astros (ha ha). I live in St Louis so we are huge Cardinals fans here.

    Happy May to you!

  5. I love that you call your 36 year old son your baby boy 😆

Using the striping yarn for your Astro socks gives the character.

Your temperature Afghan is coming along nicely. I like that the colors aren’t remaking lining up too much.

Your monsters are adorable!! Rebecca Danger makes the cutest monsters.

Sorting through stuff is so hard and over whelming. I couldn’t believe how much stuff came off one bookshelf in my room. I lost the battle last night and just closed the craft room door. I’m ignoring It today and will get back to It tomorrow.

I hope the figure out what’s going on with Rich soon. It’s no fun feeling ill all the time.

  6. I hope everything gets figured out with Rich.. it’s not easy being in that uncertainty.

The Astros socks are a fun idea. (Looks like they had a slow start? I don’t know sports, by which I mean I don’t know what sport has a team called the Astros and it seems like they must play A LOT of games to be so far along!, and I could definitely be reading the sock wrong. But they look much improved up above the toe area, haha.)

The monsters are great. So cute.

  7. I love your temperature blanket, it’s really coming along, and those astros socks are really fun (even though we are a Red Sox & Rangers household I will still cheer you on, lol).

Those monsters are so cute. Are you making those to also use up your yarn leftovers?
