TTMT #507 – As You Wish

JELLY ROLL SWAPPERS  – Received from Anita & Amber! Still waiting on fabric from Mary & Vicky.  As soon as I have the last two sets of strips, I’ll have those sorted and back in the mail!

Big thanks to everyone for the kind words about my brother’s quilt. He was very happy with the result!

    1. I’m so glad to finally have AYW for real done! It was waffling on the binding that made me put off the last bit. Your quilting is so gorgeous, I keep finding new things to love!

I’m excited my row is tomorrow, too! Bonus for me: I get a little longer to finish my TOS & TNG rows without *actually* being behind! 😉

  1. Oh my word! That is absolutely gorgeous – the designing, piecing and the quilting. Shear perfection. I’d love to make one of those for Pat & V since it is one of their favorite movies, but since I can no longer hand-embroider, it would not be the same. I could design some machine quilting blocks, but it will have to wait until I’ve cleared up a few (or more) UFOs.

  3. I love scarves and that one is great.
The Princess Bride is a great movie, but doesn’t really do your quilt justice! That is just so amazingly beautiful. The quilting is awesome and adds so much to it as well. What a wonderful treasure. I’m so glad you finished it.
I’m looking forward to your Star Wars row…and I’m going to start that project in 3-4 more weeks. I love all the photos of everyone’s rows so far. What a great design.
Enjoy the in-laws and have a great week.

  5. As You Wish is such an amazing FiS quilt. All the designers just knocked it out of the park. Your color choices are great and Jennifer’s quilting…wow. A+ ! I’m going to have to show that movie to Mom so she’ll better understand me saying “Have fun storming the castle” when she and my brother go somewhere. 🙂
