TTMT #295 – jewells68 – January 22, 2019 – More Yarny Goodness

In which I show off my finished hooded cowl… and mention some of my modifications (original pattern from Gina Michelle). Also talk about granny squares in progress for Project Linus and that’s about it.

Oh, and I have my jelly roll swap strips cut and at my office for mailing. Should be getting those in the mail in the next couple of days.

  1. The hooded cowl is fabulous! And soft, too? Can’t beat that.
Your grannies are multiplying!!! Separate them NOW. It’s really coming along. No need for a plan quite yet. It seems like any plan at this stage would have to change anyway.
Great to see you. Have a good week.

      1. I like haphazard, but I do not like random. This keeps me away from certain projects, but also surprises me when I enjoy things I thought were out of my comfort zone. You seem so haphazard, and that’s a compliment–it’s a fun kind of free-spirited haphazardness. Keep enjoying it.

    1. If my neck gets too warm I get a rash. My skin is really sensitive to heat and textures, so this was a nice compromise to keep my head, ears and neck warm walking to work without totally squashing my hair like a hat would.

    1. The cowl is coming in handy when I walk to work. It’s much colder in the mornings, but as long as my head is warm I feel fine.
The grannies have been fun. I haven’t worked on them for a couple days but I might get them out today.
