You, your daughter and dog seem to be having a ball! The snowman is so cute. I can only remember a handful of times we’ve had 12″+ snows. I think the last time was 5 years ago. I no longer go out in the snow. My balance is not good in perfect conditions and I don’t want to risk a fall.
I always look forward to seeing which quilt will be hanging behind you each video. It’s a fun and bright QOV. I’ve been watching the news and seeing all the snow North Carolina has been getting. I thought it was much more than usual. Sounds like you guys had fun though.
I’ve lived all of my life except for 2 1/2 years in Texas. Those years were in Southern California, so YEAH. Snow is very exciting for us and shuts everything down. I can handle the heat, but we don’t have the infrastructure (or clothing!!) for snow!
Yay for getting so much long arm quilting. I love the red, white, & blue. It’s so striking up on your wall!

The snow bothers me a lot more here compared to Ohio. The snow plows and deicing made it no big deal in the northern states. Here it feels like your trapped at home for a week. They canceled this entire week of school. My tween is now losing her mind ready to go back to school. They will add days to the year which is completely annoying come June.
My dog is the cutest thing in the snow. She loves it so much.

Fun in the snow! I live in the mountains and we haven’t seen snow like that in over 10 years.
