  1. Very cute quilt; I love the wiggly squiggly quilting.

Our little family – 8 of us – will be going out to a local restaurant tomorrow. I hope you and your family have a wonderful time.

  2. I made 2 strawberry pies and 2 pecan pies for the Thanksgiving luncheon at work on Monday. My office gave us each a fried turkey to take home. That’s all the cooking for me this year (I kinda miss spending days cooking, you know).
The quilt doesn’t look that wonky to me, but I really like how it turned out. I just used Pellon batting with scrim for the first time on my Dr. Seuss quilt–first time with Pellon and first time with scrim. I really liked it…so soft and easy to work with (but I guess that’s the whole point of scrim).
I have not done a stack-and-wack but always like them when I see them. Looking forward to seeing your next one.

  3. Hope you enjoyed the holiday!

The quilt turned out well. I’ve never tried Pellon for batting before.. mostly I’ve used the various Warm & stuff (natural, white, plush, and one other…) and a handful of different Quilters Dream, which is really wonderful stuff.
