  1. I love hearing you ramble and I love seeing your “cheerful” face!!!
I am ultra proud of you and your mom for concentrating on improving your health. In the past year or so I lost about 90 pounds and was very happy about that. I still had 50+ to lose but felt like I was on my way. Well, I stalled out and then started inching back up and gained a bit of it back. So now I am getting back on the bandwagon and going for that last 60+ pounds.
    Welcome home!!!!!

So glad to see and hear you!!!! We have missed you drreadfully. I am so proud of your hard work, both with your geneaology work AND health and fitness. I could see your face slimming down but when you posted that photo of you and your mom the other day that was just so awesome. And you look healthy and happy. Go you! I miss the gym. I did much better when I made that appt for myself at 4:30am every morning, even though I was tired as heck.

PS: I plan on making your block this weekend and mailing next week. I should go ahead and make the last 3 so I can put my strips away, lol. But will I? Who knows?!

I am SO CHUFFED for you and your mum and your lifestyle change. There will be much glomping and squeeing the next time I see you. ♥♥

ALSO, someday I will attend one of your classes. Seriously.

  4. Congratulations on staying the course with your health and fitness goals. The plateaus are super rough. Don’t discount your efforts of just staying the course during them. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

  6. I didn’t know you worked in a library. I LOVE books. I was librarian at my last elementary school one year. I loved to share good books with the students. You must have fun.
