TTMT #8 Knitting and Frogging!

One of these days I’m going to get all the stuff figured out. As good as I am with technology the video editing and posting has me stymied . Let’s see if this will work!

  1. Glad you are feeling well. Hope your recovery continues to be speedy! I usually crotchet or do handing binding when I’m stuck for some reason. Your work is so nice. My stitches are pretty basic with yarn.

  2. I’m so happy that you’re healing quickly.

If you’re not happy with your mystery shawl then it’s better to go ahead and frog it no matter how far along you are. If you spend all that time knitting it and not wearing it then it was a waste of time and money spent on the yarn. Your test knit is beautiful. I like the colors you chose and the design is going to block out nicely.

  3. I agree with Robin; it is probably better to rip it than continue with something when you aren’t happy with it. The blue test project is gorgeous.
I’m glad you are on the mend. Husbands who are good caregivers are priceless!

  4. I like the patterning of the colorway, but if you don’t like it already, it will continue to bug you and you may never be happy with it. Might as well frog and start over.
Glad you are recovering nicely from your surgery. Not looking forward to my hip or knee replacement so I’m going to try to put them off as long as possible.

  5. It’s too bad you don’t like that mystery project too much.. it looks like you’ve got a lot done! The style of it is really beautiful, even if you’re not loving the colours. (Better to make something you love, though, right?)

The test piece looks really stunning.

I hope things are still improving with your knee! Take care!
