its good to see you back again and I am glad you are feeling the benefits of yoga, i need to start something I just worry in Yoga that I might pass wind and I am not sure how I would feel about that in front of a class of people.
I am with you on the January blues, I can not seem to motivate myself to do anything more then watching rot on the TV , its not even good stuff and i do not enjoy it yet find myself night after night tuning in.
Vickybaggins you might like to try yoga at home if you’re uncomfortable in a class setting (I know I am). Jennifer and I both follow Yoga with Adriene: https://www.youtube.com/user/yogawithadriene if you’re looking for a good starting point. 🙂 She’s delightfully silly at times, which can help balance some of the more challenging parts of practices.
Vicky I am so with you on the passing wind in class lol. My other concern would be to have someone else’s stinky but in my face lol. Yoga is on my list for this month but I will be trying it at home with the curtains and doors closed lol. I’m sure I will end up on the floor in a fit of hysterical laughing.
I have yoga on my list of things to start this month. Last year I made it as far as following Yoga with Adriene. That’a gotta count for something right? lol It’s all a step in the right direction. I have found that different forms of stretching does make my body feel better so I’m sure once I get going the yoga will help.
Good to see your face!!! The winter blues are real. But keep in mind that the days are now getting longer and that means spring is coming. Maybe not quick enough, but it is coming.
I hope you are able to get some stitching done this weekend; but even more important, I hope you have a grand time with your friends.
