Happy New Year: Out With the Old – In With the New

Sorry for the length of the slide show.  I haven’t figured out how to make it show a picture for less time.

One project for 2018 I forgot to mention is a t-shirt quilt for a friend who is graduating from high school this year.  She’s going to UNC-Wilmington next year so the  borders will be in their colors.

  1. Oh my goodness, you did have a busy 2017!

I love your goal for this year. Moving projects one step closer should be a celebration!

Love the slideshow, so much quilty goodness! I really look forward to seeing where too take your projects.

It is cold here, too! The water in my birdbath has been frozen solid for days!

Did you meant the UFO quilt along? We’ll be doing that on Fandom In Stitches this summer. 😁

    1. I did mean the UFO quilt along! I also forgot the mention the swap along with the t-shirt quilt. That’s why I need to add that block about plans. (Old-timers can be a b****.)

  2. You accomplished so much last year, go you! So many lovely tops ANd finished quilts, too. I need to add a square for items I need to start as well. Just to keep track of ones I want to do but haven’t started yet. I think I’m going to redo my posterboard a little differently for 2018.

  3. Wow! You have been busy. I loved all of your quilts but especially all the ones using yellow & blue {I’m a Michigan Wolverines fan}/ I want to set some goals but working 18hr days doesn’t leave me with much time for life, let alone sewing

Oh, I would gladly take your 20 degrees! The past few days we have been in the negatives with wind chills down to -40! It does make great ops to quilt as it’s way too cold to go out.

    Keep up that amazing progress!
