I completely forgot to mention that the 2018 TTMT swap list went out last week. If you signed up and haven’t seen the email, please do let me know!

  1. The HufflePuff house turned out amazing. I love hand made ornaments and your daughter’s gingerbread man looks yummy and the cotton fabric is perfect for a gingerbread guy.

Visiting friends have to have their own stockings. I’m all about the scrappy.

You’ve had a very busy week.

Merry Christmas to you and your family.

  2. I am glad your guest has a happy warm safe place to spend the holidays although I know it makes it tough for you to do all the things. And happy times to you all!

I am so thrilled that you and Aalia got to hang out! If I can drag my butt to Dallas to see my brother I want to get to hang out with Aalia, too. We have missed her adorable TTMT face and voice and general crafty goodness.

Switching the FiS prizes to Facebook totally makes sense. I know not everyone is on FB but it seems like no one even comments on the actual FiS website posts anymore, just the FB ones. You gotta go where the people are, right?

I totally forgot it was Tuesday today. I remembered after 8pm and was already in my jammies, so I did what any other TTMer would do… filmed in my fleece robe, lol. Just posted. Where do the days go anyway?

  3. Yayyyyy! I can’t tell you how much I needed that afternoon with you! It was SUCH a good time!

Love the stocking and the gingerbread man! Festive, indeed! And there is a special corner of my heart reserved for mistletoe, so I adore what you did with that embroidery.

Have an amazing holiday with your family and extensions. 🙂

    1. *waves* Good to see you even if it’s in someone else’s video! 🙂 Come back here sometime (said the woman who hasn’t made a video in 8 months) !

  4. Festive is the perfect word. Love all the ornaments and that stocking! I really really love the mistletoe and Hufflepuff house. I haven’t worked up the courage to try free-standing lace yet, but you are inspiring me.

To tell you the truth, I had forgotten all about Flicker. Oops. But it is all I can do to keep up with FB, FiS, Sewhooked, and TTMT – along with some folks I follow on YouTube – without spending all my time on the computer.

  5. Everybody here is giving me embroidery machine envy. 🙂 But, I don’t get anything done with a regular machine so I’ll just enjoy everyone else’s work. Urban Threads does seem to have an amazing assortment of designs.

Merry Christmas to you and your family and friends!

  6. Gosh I miss your face. I’m totally going to have to find a way to see your IRL next year.

I always love all your beautiful work. You are amazing.

  7. So many great things to see in this post! Love the Hufflepuff house and love even more seeing the picture of you and Aalia together!

The ornament and mistletoe both turned out really great. Like someone else said you and Rainey and Susie are going to give the rest of use embroidery machine envy.

The pineapple quilt from Cat looks fantastic… good decision to keep them all grouped together.

Belated Christmas and New Year’s wishes!

    1. Seeing Aalia was amazing! I’m hoping to make that happen again before long!

My embroidery machine should be back from the spa soon. I do miss it! I promised myself when I got it, I would *only* use it for fun and that was a very good decision.

I’m thinking Cat’s pineapple quilt will probably be my Linus donation for this month. If I can brave the cold of my garage to get it quilted!
